Arrived last night after long drive, last space in car park too small. Heather came out in the rain to help. That is what I call service. Excellent room service meal, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and free wifi. I couldn't ask for more.

This is a good hotel in the centre of swansea. I have stayed on several occasions for Business and have had a good visit each time. There is a free (small) carpark to the rear and an NCP close by.

The check in staff are very friendly and there are good leisure facilities, restaurant and bar, although drinks are a bit pricy.

The rooms are adequatly sized and always clean and tidy. All in all a good hotel for a business or leisure stay

A very nice hotel, ample on site parking which is nice, very pleasent staff. Nice room, quite large. Only minor gripe I have is the additional charge for wif-fi which is a pain, will stay again.

I arrived later than I had expected and I was still greeted with a lovely smile at reception.
Food was still available and the meal was delicious.
I had a wonderful sleep and considering the hotel is in the city centre you would think there would be some traffic noise filtering through, there was none!!
The room was clean, warm and had drink making facilities.
Breakfast was outstanding....great range and quality and service was exceptional.
I will gladly return and highly recommend this place.
