This budget hotel is just a short walk from the rail station and Mermaid Quay. My daughter and I spent one night here in early February and I was astonished by the value for the price. The employee at the desk was very friendly and helpful. There is a lift right in the lobby and a decent breakfast is available for a few pounds more. The room was basic but clean, modern, and in good condition. The beds were perfectly comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Overall, absolutely no complaints here.

Please accept my sincere apology for taking so long in getting back to you. We had few major errors in our system and we have been going through some internal changes in the hotel.
