I was led to believe this B&B had been upgraded and renovated - our room was awful, cleaning cloth left draped on the TV, bed springs were gone so bed very uncomfortable and the shower was broken so had to hold all the time and the water kept going from burning hot to cold. Breakfast was very unappealing and was cold.

Great Bed &Breakfast, close to city centre, excellent full english breakfast, we stayed in a en-suite family room, service was very good, highly recommended. Had a great weekend in Cardiff (Great city, Cardiff bay is a must ) highly recommended for a great stay in Cardiff

We arrived expecting a clean and comfortable guest house as it looks like on the web but were mislead and very disapointed. The 'en suite' room consisted of a double bed pushed against the window with a shower cubicle next to the bed - the toilet and sink facilities were to be shared with the rest of the top floor of the guest house - we did not think this could really be called ensuite! the improvements and redecoration that was advertised on the website consisted of a flat screen TV and new piece of wallpaper behind the bed - but did not extend to more furniture (the kettle was perched on the headboard of the bed!) or to making a seperation between the door of the shower or the bed!, for the amount of money they want to charge i would seriously recommend looking elsewhere as this place was not as advertised and a complete rip off.
