NO FIRE DRILL PRECAUTIONS ANYWHERE( THINK THEY SHOULD BE LAMINATED AND PLACED ON BACK OF DOORS IN EACH ROOM) NO FIRE DRILL PROCEDURE GIVEN TO US INCASE OF A FIRE
dark and dingey
chipped paint everywhere
no "24 hour reception" no one ever there when we wanted them
stained carpets "states no food or drink in rooms" but obvs people have been
broken bed springs
soiled mattresses
solid bedding
pillows falling apart inside
holes in flimsy quilts
dirty windows & dirty window sills in room ,toilet and bathroom
mould and mildew everywhere
public hair in baths
sinks and baths hadnt been cleaned in weeks
dirt under beds- hadnt been cleaned in weeks
poor lighting in rooms
broken coat hangers in wardrobe
small oil heat in room that didnt give out much heat at all(very cold at nights) other heating "turned off to consume overuse of paying customers"
overpowering airfresher to" mask damp musty smell!
very noisy people slamming and banging doors all night- so couldnt sleep
no breakfast- apparantely its "help yourself" wouldnt mind if we could have found it in the 1st place
CANT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PLACE IS A 3 STAR HOTEL- SHOULDNT BE!!!!!! PICTURES ARE VERY MISLEADING AND ARE NOTHING LIKE IT CLAIMS!!!!!!
DEFINATELY NOT VALUE FOR MONEY
IN FACT ITS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY - DONT BOOK!!!!!! .DEFINATELY WOULDNT RECCOMEND AND DEFINATELY WONT BE GOING BACK
I BELIEVE THAT THIS WOULD BE BETTER SUITED FOR THE HOMELESS!!!!!!
