Booked 2 rooms, one twin, one disabled for my arthritic father. Disabled room was over 100 yards from the main reception. There was no wheelchair, so we had to use the evacu-chair which was very small and uncomfortable. When we booked the disabled room there was no mention that it was so far from reception, otherwise we would have taken our own wheelchair.
At breakfast, a waitress was extremely rude. There were no teaspoons on the table, so I took two from the next table. The waitress came over and shouted "put them back where you found them". Another waitress brought teaspoons and apologised for the other waitress. The rude waitress was then removed from the dining room. At the end of breakfast she came to the table and aplogised.
We definitely will NOT be returning.
