Hotel is good for a short stay as the rooms are small but have all you need. Although our room could have been cleaner (hairs in bed, ring mark on bedside table, mould on window and bad smell from bathroom). We were not in our room much so were not too bothered. The hotel is very modern and staff friendly.
The location is great for pubs, clubs and restaurants and is right next to station. Parking in NCP carpark opposite which cost us £36 for 2 days.

I recommend the Sleeperz Hotel. The rooms aren't large but they are well designed with such things as a coin holder. The windows are sound proof so it wasn't a problem staying near the train station.

I loved having breakfast in the restaurant. A bit pricey but delicious. Lots of breads, pastries and eggs, etc.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. They even passed out mince pies during my visit in early January 2012.

The hotel is close to the Cardiff Castle, downtown, shops, restaurants. You can't go wrong staying at this hotel!

What a great location this hotel has. Literally 2 mins from cardiff central train station. Also near to the restaurants, bars and designer shops. University buildings handy too. We had 2 rooms booked with an on line booking site. Unfortunately reception we not expecting us due to "lack of fax". It was sorted quite quickly.
The double rooms are spotlessly clean and modern in design. Very distant sound of trains but a comfy bed and shower room. Breakfast was very good, fresh and good choive. £6.95 per head if booked before midnight. Reception staff happy to look after luggage until we left in the evening. Perfect hotel for a short stay. Excellent.

Stayed for a couple of nights, this hotel is so convenient for anyone who has travelled to Cardiff by both bus and train, in fact, its only about 100 yards from Cardiff Central station (the main station in the city).
It is also very convenient for the shops and local entertainment, John Lewis' flagship store and one end of the St Davids shopping centre are visible from the front of the hotel and are only a few minutes walk away too, also , other local attractions including nightlife and restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and budgets, are close by.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly too and the room was spotless, also no noise was to be heard from the trains which pass by adjacent to the hotel. Would definitely stay again when visiting Cardiff.
