After reading reviews on this website I decided to book this B&B and I wasn't disappointed.
We decided to stay in the deluxe suite, which was gorgeous, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The ensuite was spotless and gleaming, I must say it was nice to have a shower cubicle aswell as a bath rather than it being combined.

The owners have thought of everything, with a hairdryer, tea and coffee, shower gel etc. It was a pleasure to stay there and we even enjoyed the breakfast in bed option on our last day there which arrived promptly with no problems.

The breakfast was brilliant and the owners seemed very friendly.

Ogmore-by-sea is only 2 miles from the B&B and is beautiful especially when the sun is setting.

I would definatly go there again and would recommend it to couples, families and anyone that likes a bit of luxury on a break away.

We took two rooms for the better part of a fortnight, and from the outset, we found the accommodation and hospitality to be faultless. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are very well appointed, clean and spacious, and the quality of the breakfasts were far superior to many of the more expensive hotels in which we have stayed. I would highly recommend Ewenny Woods to anyone visiting the area.

We arrived very late in the day after seeing a concert in Cardiff and were warmly welcomed. All three rooms are very tastefully decorated to a modern style, with I must say the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in! Huge en-suite in the main room. Just glancing through the vistors book the following morning told me I was not alone in having a great nights sleep! Breakfast was good with plenty of selection and a hot cooked breakfast is available if required. We have already recommended the guest house to 5 people and only been back 2 days! Would highly recommend this as a base for exploring the Heritage area and the great beaches. It's only 25 minutes drive from the middle of Cardiff too.
