We found this hotel after much searching as we were taking part in a motorsport event, and were late making a booking. So glad I kept looking and found it.

All the Staff were very accomodating and specially organised an early breakfast for our group of four on Sunday even though we were leaving early. Much appreciated!

Rooms are very pleasant, if a tiny bit small. Comfortable bed, and room and bathroom very clean. Although this is on the "main" road, through the village, it is still quiet. The garden is very plesant to sit in, and the food is of a very high quality.

Traditional English breakfast, with bacon very thick and juicy - not cheap supermarket rashers, sausage, egg, mushrooms and fried bread. Toast, cereal yogurt and plenty of fresh fruit was also available to help yourself.

All in all I would recomment this hotel to any of my friends or relatives. Not suitable for disabled, and if you have younger children not really a good idea.

Stayed for 2 night at the end of our tour of Wales. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. We were made so welcome, the rooms were very comfortable and the food and beer were great.

We tried the Usk Inn on the off chance having spent the day hiking in the Brecon Beacons. Jill was hugely welcoming and showed us the rooms available and we felt couldn't do enough for us. All the staff were very friendly and the food was fabulous. Thoroughly recommend staying and eating here.
