We were taking advantage of an offer in conjunction with the Daily Telegraph for 2 nights stay at a Ramada Hotel for £20.00 per night for a double room. The Ramada Plaza, Wrexham is a very nice, fairly new hotel on the outskirts of Wrexham. We found it ideal to explore the area around. We visited the Pontcysillite Aqueduct and the town of Llangollen. All within a few miles drive. The Hotel was very comfortable. We had stayed in Ramada Encore's before but the Plaza was of a much higher standard. The rooms had better facilities ( mini bar, Safe, Ironing board and Iron, etc) which made our short stay very enjoyable. Top marks to Ramada for there participation in the offer. The breakfast ( an extra £8.50 each ) was buffet style and was excellent.
Room Tip: Lifts to all floors mean that there is no disadvantage to any room.
