The Tyn-y-Fron B & B is outstanding, you are made to feel most welcome by Leslie and Mike from the moment you arrive, we stayed in the Valley View Suite in September 2011, and have just returned today after our second visit, can't wait to go back, we can not fault this place. The valley view suite is better than any hotel we have stayed in. You can relax in the leather recliners admiring the beautiful views of the valley towards betws y coed, and you have your breakfast in your room looking at the views, Leslie and Mike are really nice people and most helpful with any information you require on the surrounding areas. This is definitely the place to stay in Betws-y-coed.

We stayed for one night at the end of January. The property is lovely with some very nice personal touches and you can really tell that the owners take pride in the place. We were made to feel very welcome and the owner was enthusiastic and attentive without being overbearing. The B&B is just outside Betws-y-Coed but only a short (5-10 minute) walk away. I loved the fact that you could order exactly what you wanted for breafast. Couldn't fault our experience, we'll definitely be back!

This B&B is one of the nicest and best value properties my partner and I have ever stayed in. Leslie and Mike were friendly and eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay - their suggestion for dinner was spot on! Leslie also took the time to give us ideas for an itinerary for the next day, and pointed out on a map where we would need to go. There were lots of thoughtful little details in our room (Mountain Sunset Suite) that made it extra special - we couldn't get over the value and comfort of the room. It is walking distance into town (however due to the climate we chose to drive in) and in a quiet area back from the road. Although there were other couples staying during our visit, the building is solid and there is no noise between rooms. Only slight issue was loss of some water pressure at certain times of the morning, I suppose during peak demand, but this didn't cause much of a problem. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and would definitely recommend this B&B if you're visiting the area.

Sat 14th Jan 12 - Stayed one night and can`t fault the place. Lesley and Mike really nice people. Room lovely and great breakfast in the morning. Don`t be put off by the geography, this B & B is out of the town but has a direct footpath into the centre of Betws y Coed, only a ten minute walk. My vehicle was iced over in the morning and Mike even offered assistance with this. I am a regular visitor to this area from Manchester and won`t hesitate to stay at this great
B & B again.
