Went on the Group-on Voucher for 7 course meal and overnight stay.
Food was amazing, wines were delicious and complemented the food so well.
The service was excellent - so friendly and welcoming

Very nice place to stay rooms were comfortable, the only comment I would make is that the bathrooms, although clean were very old and could do with being updated.

we went with friends for a groupon deal-but would have been good value without the deal.Probably the most outstanding feature was the friendlyness and efficiency of the staff for whom nothing was too much trouble .Food was delicious and substantial .setting is spectacular and hotel ambience and style were real country house.

My partner and I stayed for one night at Llansantffraed Court early February as part of a Groupon voucher, and found the place to be wonderful. The 7 course taster menu was delicious, using locally sourced products, and the breakfast the next morning, whilst not overwhelming in quantity (certainly not necessary) was just perfect. We upgraded the room for £20 further, and had a lovely bedroom in the eaves of the house, with views across the lake and Monmouthshire countryside. The room was a very good size, the bathroom pristine and obviously quite recently rennovated. All the staff were very friendly, making the stay just perfect. So pleased, and would be tempted to return even without a Groupon voucher. Excellent trip.

Stayed with a Groupon Voucher which included an excellent 7 course taster menu. Friendly Reception Staff, excellent large double room. Bar prices more competative than City prices. Excellent wine list with a good selection of house wines. Our waitress for the meal was Angharad who was a delight. The food was excellent and more than adequate and we failed to finish the final course. There was a large selection on the Breakfast Menu and it was all delicious. We had visited the hotel for lunch a few years ago and were pleased that it still lived up to our expectations. We will definately return again with friends to this hotel,Groupon voucher or not.
