The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The room we had was described
as ensuite but had no water supply, even for the kettle. You had to lock a door behind you in the corridor to ensure privacy. The loo was out of the room and down three uneven stairs with no handrails which were hazardous at night. When you plugged the kettle in, the tv went off. The lamp cable would not reach the socket without falling off the table. No curtains or blind in the bathroom. Yes, it's close to the town which was a bonus but the place is tired to the point of exhaustion.

We stayed here to attend our grandson's wedding. It was an easy stroll into the center of town. The bed was comfortable and we were not disturbed by traffic or any other noise.
The decor generally was rather tired. Breakfast was very good.

We were booked into this hotel by the local tourist office. Location was perfect as we wanted to be in the centre of town and there was plenty of private parking . Gardens were lovely and the room was nice and quiet. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel public areas are very tired and in great need of refurbishment but the owners were extremely helpful and breakfast was good.
