I found the on-line booking to be a simple matter and did not experience any problems.
The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy and Dinner/Breakfast were good.
This Premiere Inn is still using 'Yale' type locks to it's rooms where others I have stayed in have the more modern 'keycard system. This is not a critism but merely an observation and will probably be addressed when the property is due for refurbishment.

This Premier Inn has to be one of the best in the Country.
Great staff and an excellent restaurant with varied menu attched.
Will definatly stay here again.

I regularly use Premier Inns for business stays, and the reason I do is you know what you're going to get. This one was no different. OK, so it's not five star luxury, but what it is is a large comfortable room, with a large comfortable bed and all the amenities you would expect in a business hotel. Added bonuses are that the staff are nearly always friendly and polite (and they were here) and the breakfast is good value. This one did not disappoint.

My only little gripe is that they were a bit late opening for breakfast. When I'm in a rush for work I expect 7am to mean 7am not gone five past - I was about to knock on the door!

Staff were friendly and room was clean. The room was shabby and in desperate need of refurbishment. Towells were grey and old. I was told by staff that a refurbishment will start in about 2 weeks so am looking forward to staying there again when this is completed. It wasn't value for money as we paid top price. We did get a refund so were happy about that.
