as a regular business traveller with an extensive experience of hotels and b&b's of all kinds, I was delighted to be greeted by name when I arrived. What a nice surprise, and what a good start to a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. This place gleams with cleanliness, the rooms are comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. I have no complaints, and just one tip for improvement. The breakfast sausage was a bit uninteresting, but I have just been in Catalonia where sausages are outstanding!
I look forward to staying here again.

I had a lovely stay at the Norfolk House Hotel, it was my first time staying there, but it wont be my last. I want to return sometime in summer with my family to avail of their beautiful gardens and swimming pool. The hotel was very homely and made me feel comfortable right away. The staff are friendly and helpful and I was greeted with a smile, which is always nice. I would recommend this hotel to someone, if you are tired of the service in large hotels where you become, just a number to the staff. Or if you want to have lovely views instead of just looking onto a large car park.

Had 3 rooms here for my family to stay overnight after a wedding at the nearby Taplow House Hotel. Location was great- walked (staggered!!) from the wedding venue after the reception. I have to echo the comments about the owners daughter. Such a delightful young lady.and made us all feel very welcome without being overbearing. The rooms were all lovely and a great price. Guests who opted to stay at the Taplow House hotel paid double what we did & were nowhere near as happy!
The gardens,patio,garden room and pool all looked lovely but it rained during our stay so we didnt get to use them.
Would definately reccomend and stay again if we were in the area.
