I stayed at the Old Rectory for 1 night and the accommodation and reception received from Trish was top notch.

Our family of four (myself, wife, and young adult children) stayed one night here and had a terrific stay. We arrived on a Sunday, it was "Mum's' day in the UK and we had traveled all day from Paris, thru London to Salisbury by trains. We were tired and hungry and a little bit cranky, but that all evaporated upon our arrival and welcome by Trish at The Old Rectory. First class hospitality and accomodations!. Since it was the holiday, Trish found a local restaurant that was open and even made a reservation for us. Trish is marvelous. Breakfast was just perfect for all of us and started our day off great. We look forward to staying here again.

I had taken my wife away for a few days of R&R following a serious operation & to celebrate her 70th birthday. The Old Recotroy proved a wonderful gem of a find. The welcome was warm & friendly and Trish, our hostess, proved to be just that, very warm & friendly, for the whole time we were with her. The room & en suite were very spacious - we havn't often slept in such an enormous bed - clean tidy and generally very well appointed with all the little extras. The breakfast buffet was plentifull and certainly sufficient for our needs. The Old Rectory is situated in a quite area of the city and within a 10 minute easy walk of the city centre. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will return when we next visit Salisbury - Thanks Trish.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Old Rectory for three weeks and very much appreciated the kind and warm hospitality of Trish. I had an en suite single which was cosy and warm, with lots of little extras from the usual tea and coffee to bathroom toiletries and even a fridge! The breakfasts were super and there are plenty of places to eat in the evening in the town centre which is less than a 10 minute walk away. Due to my work I stay in a lot of B&B's and tend to compare them to each other; the Old Rectory is now at the top of my list and I would highly recommend it.
