A fantastic house with lovely rooms and a welcoming atmosphere! Definitely worth a visit!

This is a jewel of a place, friendly and inviting. The rooms are lovely (if a bit chilly for me) and well equipped. Breakfasts are amazing (extra charge) with choice of cereals, juices fresh fruit, conserves. The owners Karen and Mark are lovely people, cheery and helpful. We didn't see Mark in his short shorts but I like the achievements splattered around. The whole place is comfortable and clean and puts many hotels in the shade for service and comfort. There is a "meal deal" with the room, you can get a free bottle of wine in a local restuarant (good) if you book through the Rokeby and take a card with you. Will definitely be going again.

Yet again, another fantastic stay at the rokeby.Room was superb, very clean, and fresh. Bathroom was spotlessly clean providing everthing you could need. A breakfast to die for, it really does set you up for the day. The owners were away on a well deserved holiday, but the stand in manager Rob, made us feel really wellcome, and looked after us well. If theres anybody considering visiting Salisbury in the future, i would highly recommend this guest house as somewhere not to be missed!!

I have stayed at The Rokeby many times due to doing a lot of business in Salisbury. I have stayed in many of the rooms and have not been disappointed with any of them. The rooms are well equipped, warm and most importantly comfortable and clean.
Breakfasts are a delight. Freshly cooked to order and with lots of choice. Karen and Mark are genial hosts and always helpful.
The guest house is a 10/15 min walk to the city centre and car parking off the street can be a tight squeeze if they are busy.
All in all, a pleasure to stay here and I would heartily recommend you give it a try.
