We arrived Wednesday afternoon to a very warm smiling welcome at reception. The room was large freshly decorated, immaculately clean although a little cool, however, after turning up the thermostat and it warmed up within a few mins.
Our room overlooked the car park,but was very quiet despite Christmas part arrivals and departures....well lit and covered by cctv.
We did dine early as we were going to the theatre in the town Fri evening and realised that it would be busy in the restaurant later with Christmas parties etc
The restaurant was decorated for Christmas, looking lovely, tables all polished, carpets very clean, staff were very busy but again a warm welcome greeted us, very good service and extremely good value for money .
Restaurant Manager has finger on the pulse and was actively checking customers were being attended to.
Nice touch in reception on our departure, coffee to take away and de-icer for customer use on frozen windscreens.
Well done Premier Inn...you've got it just right!...we will return.

What the review says above really, I worked in Salisbury for 6 months recently and whilst the hotel decor is OK and the cleaning staff are lovely and polite, unfortunately the staff at front of house were incredibly rude on several occasions and I ended up moving to the wonderful Best Western located in the centre of Salisbury

A good place to stay, although if you can make sure you get a first floor room rather than a ground floor one. The room above us seemed to contain a herd of elephants, running about all night. Really seemed the floorboards above were going to cave in. Wonder why this new hotel didn't have concrete floors, would make it so much quieter.

The staff were friendly and helpful, able to sort out problems.
