A good place to stay, although if you can make sure you get a first floor room rather than a ground floor one. The room above us seemed to contain a herd of elephants, running about all night. Really seemed the floorboards above were going to cave in. Wonder why this new hotel didn't have concrete floors, would make it so much quieter.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions as it is in a good position for a "stop over" from the docks in Southampton, Portsmouth and Lymington (when getting off boats in the evening).
The staff are always friendly, it is very clean and ideally situated for travelling north

We stayed here for one night and we couldn't sleep at all. It's not noisy but the bed was uncomfortable and the heating turns itself off every 30 minutes so the room became too cold to sleep in even if the bed was comfortable! I will never stay here or at another Premier Inn again.

I booked this Hotel as a stop over, mainly because it had a restaurant. The food quality and variety was better than I expected. There was a Weding party staying over too, but the rooms were quiet and we both got a good nights sleep. Bed very comfy too.
