This is a lovely guest house. The rooms have ample space with everything you require. Barbara is very nice and can't do enough for you. The Breakfast was absolutely scrumptious, I definetly recommend the cooked breadfast!! Parking is on site and off the road, which is sometimes hard to find in this area, an excellent feature to the Guest House.

I would definitely stay at Byways again, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed here for a friends birthday, there were 9 of us and they were very accomodating. We were all put in family rooms which were very nice and comfortable. Its very noisey in the mornings, so no lie in!! There is plenty of parking. Its tucked away in the back streets of Salisbury but its only a 5-10 minute walk into the centre so its a great location. Would stay here again.

This was our first stop on a 10-day Great Britain tour. The staff was very acoommodating and allowed us to check in early as we had just arrived from a long flight and drive from Heathrow. The location is great and was very easy to walk into the main area of Salisbury for attractions and sightseeing. We got the cooked breakfast which was great as it included vegetarian sausages and they were very vegetarian friendly. The room was comfortable but the bed is a bit older but was a real King size bed and the shower was on the small side as well. It is nice to have on-site parking in their lot which was very convenient. Overall a good stay.

Large twin room with small but perfectly adequate bathroom. On site parking for a number of cars. Breaksfast was very good, we tried all varieties over our 3 nights. Ideally situated, less than 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Lovely quiet position, no outside or inside noise.
Would definitely stay again.
Only downside is that is uphill from the city centre!!
