Stayed for 2 nights as part of 25th wedding aniversary surprise, Firstly our thanks to Nicola and Caroline very helpful, polite, even providing us with a hand wriiten list of restaurants ( both of which were excellent) and genuinely caring with regard customer/ residents stay,they even posted back some items we had left in our room ( unlike the usual "can't find it" comment ) combine this with the quality of the fixtures and fittings, excellent sized room, secure underground parking and the proximity to the main shopping area's make this " a must stay" only down side is by adding to the many positive comments makes it more difficult for us to book again because this place should always be full, Well done, this is how to provide service and value.

Five mins walk from everything in a quieter street. Large spacious living room, compact bedroom with a very hard bed. Lovely bathroom with large walkin showers. Very clean throughout. Would definitely stay again.

I have been working on an interim assignment in Leeds since October 2011, travelling back to home in London for most weekends. Initially I was staying in local hotels but very soon found this to be expensive, boring and very restrictive. Since moving into The Chambers I have been more productive, more relaxed and very happy.

The staff are, without exception, extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The reception area is manned 24/7 and the honesty bar, library and DVD loans all add value to their service, as does the Dry CLeaning & laundry service. I have tried three different rooms before settling on one - each is well appointed with everything I need to prepare a light supper and breakfast every day. Beds are soft and comfortable, the living area is well thought out and the bathroom with walk in shower is large and well designed. The washing macine, dryer and ironing board all help to keep costs down. Weekly cleaning and linen change over is great.

Each apartment is well soundproofed and I have not been disturbed by my neighbours at all. On occasions my wife or my son has stayed over for a couple of days - extra towels were provided immediately on request for them.

Everything is of the highest standard - only two, very minor, quibbles. I would like some coat hooks in the hallway area and an iPod dock to play music from. Otherwise this is a perfect gem.

I was in Leeds for a night on business and decided to stay here based on the Tripadvisor reviews. It is entirely worthy of its no.1 position. The key to this place is the customer service; highly efficient and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble from parking my car in their underground car park early to sorting out my heating system (my inability to work it out). I booked a studio but seemed to be in a 1 bed apartment that was very tastefully decorated and spacious. A nice touch is the bread and milk, preserves, tea and coffee etc that is all available in your room should you want this. I used the small gym in the basement that is adequately stocked. If in Leeds on business or for pleasure the location is ideal.

The cost of this place was essentially the same as staying at the Crown Plaza but the quality of room and service are quite simply poles apart. Would recommend to anyone.
