Great Budget Hotel for a city break in Leeds (shopping and culture). Lots of food establishments takeout / otherwise close to hand (Indian,Italian, Thai). 7 day 7-11 Tesco rd the cnr and carparking on site (£8 a night) although you can walk from the station along the gentrified canal virt. to the place. Sunday -Services at St. Peter's across the bridge and Farmer's Market's at Kirkgate (original M and S collaboration location) twice a month.Handy and PicturSQ on a crips winters morning.

Decent Hotel - very clean, staff welcoming and friendly. Location ideal for Armouries visit (Free) and just a short walk into the City. Rooms only have showers not baths, but we had a great 2 nights for 1 deal, so mustn't grumble! Only negative was that the Sunday breakfast was very hectic and disorganised, but the Hotel was quite full that night. All in all a good value break. Parked at the Multi storey next door - Hotel gave a discount voucher, was £8 daily.

Stayed at the hotel on a wet night in January, I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It is conveniently located near the Royal Armory. Check in was handled very efficiently, the room was very comfortable set a nice temperature (I find rooms are either too hot or cold, rarely right). Breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn express fare and suits me. The only down side was the £8 (hotel discounted) a night parking fee (glad I wasn't staying several nights) Found a good price on laterooms.com
