stayed here on the 21/0/12 the rooms are great with such comfortable beds.the staff on reception were very friendly and talkative. this place is great for the football with it being only a 15 min walk to elland rd. great value hotel

I stayed last night for one night on a business trip and was really impressed by the staff. I could not fault a single one of them, really attentive which is surprising for a hotel at this level. They should be congratulated. All youngsters as well! There is hope!

I stayed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Eve and was made to feel welcome, even though I must have been keeping the cheerful reception staff from their own families/friends/plans.
Everything was done to make me feel valued as a customer.
Reception staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
Restaurant staff were courteous, helpful and cheerful, despite any breakfast rush.
My room was cleaned every day and fresh towels given when I indicated they were needed.
I am disabled and help with luggage were immediate and gratefully received, both on arrival and departure.
Yes, definitely felt like a valued customer.

Nice little hotel with a bar and mini beer garden, excellent value for money however, wouldn't recommend if u want to be very central or if you are visiting Leeds for a night out as it is situated in the middle of an industrial estate! Overall, lovely staff and very clean hotel, def worth a visit at the cheap prices they offer!!!
