Have to agree with the other posts, the bedroom was freezing and the warmest part of the hotel was the reception area. I'm so glad the room had 2 beds as I could use both duvets. The AC is limited so you can't turn it up above a certain level. I agree with saving energy and being green, but be warned you may need to pack some bed socks!

Stayed at the Jury Inn in Sheffield the following night, the outside temperature was similar and they had the same limiter on the AC however the room was much warmer. Not sure why...

Quite difficult to find the hotel as right in the middle of Leeds and not that well signed. Parking is a real pain, you can park outside to unload/laod for a maximum of 20 minutes. Parking is a 10 minutes away. Its a typicall Jurys Inn , it ok but nothing special, and agree with other posting it was freezing in the room.

I have never had such a cold room in my life! With the heating pumped up to 28 degrees, the room became less than frozen, but still not comfortable. The bedsheets did not help with the cold!
When I woke in the morning the heating was turned off automatically!! Bbbbrrrrrrr!!
The bathroom was an icicle and the shower was not warm enough or as powerful as I would expect in a hotel now.

Plus sides: great views over Leeds, Costa coffee in house, and I can recommend an Italian around the corner called Ciao Bella.

me and my 3 friends stayed overnight at this hotel in leeds for my sisters birthday.i found the hotel very nice and clean.the rooms were very spacious and there were plenty ov storage for all your clothes etc.the breakfast was great ......lots of different things including fruits & cheeses.overall we were very inpressed with the price ov £35 each.i would reccomend to anyone.
the only problem was the parking which was a 5 mins away from the hotel.there was no parking outside the hotel.that was the only downfall.
