stayed several times always great a special mention for the night porter a smashing bloke

I have stayed here every trip to Leeds for the past four years. The staff are very friendly, helpful and caring.
The rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent bathroom, TV's and tea making facilities. Food is always served promptly and hot and is of a very high standard. Although the bar area is small it is a comfortable area to sit and while away some time after your meal.

Only one night stay but very impressed. Part of coach party, and from the manager welcoming us as we arrived, very efficient reception staff , minimum amount of delay getting allocated rooms and keys.Hotel looked newly decorated and was just right. Room nice, good bathroom and comfortable bed, very clean and well fitted, with internet socket for business users. Meals taken in the pleasant dinning room, good choice and very well cooked with good quality ingredients, both dinner and breakfast could not be faulted , the waiting staff very pleasant and efficient. Good parking.
Bar area and seating a bit sparse and little atmosphere, not a problem for us but if staying for a few days might nice to have a larger more comfortable seating area.Ideal business hotel with good facilities and great for a stopover if touring the area. We will return.

We had an overnight stay, with evening meal and breakfast here and were very pleased. The Room was spacious, comfortable clean and very well equiped with extra pillows if needed and trouser press. For evening meal and breakfast there was a good choice and the food which was well prepared. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The only downside was the bar as it was more like sitting in a barn, there were very few tables and chairs and did not have any atmosphere whatsoever.
