I stayed here with my girlfriend as we had a shopping weekend in Leeds. The staff were very welcoming and polite, even on Sunday when the restaurant was packed the staff seemed happy and un-flustered.
We booked an Executive Room on the fourth floor for the price of £75 inc. breakfast. The room itself was typically large as you expect with Marriott and had a stunning flat screen television and king size bed. The only things that let the room down was the small window and dated beige tiled bathroom. But, on the whole, a nice enough room.
The hotel itself is well presented but don't expect two things: 1) A nice area to have cream tea because a) they don't do cream tea and b) there isn't really a quiet area to sit. 2) A nice bar - it was more like an old style working mans pub rather than a nice area to sit and have a drink with a partner.
Overall, a nice enough experience. Could have been nicer surroundings but for the price, we certainly couldn't complain.

Nice Marriott property in the centre of the city. The property has good comfortable rooms and is in an excellent location. Staff seemed helpful and helped us out with directions.

Car parking is provided across the square from the hotel. Check a map for directions as you don't approach it from the hotel.

The exec lounge on the first floor is adequate. It's only very small and has only one comfortable seating area - the rest consists of a few dining tables. Soft drinks and basic snacks are free with paid for alcohol available.

Only let down of this hotel was finding the previous occupants (used) underwear in a draw.

Myself and three other friends spent a night here last February. I use the Marriott a lot when I'm in leeds due to its perfect night life location and great rates!

The hotel has just been refurbished and if you want a bed for the night including access to a nice indoor pool, then for £65 you can't go wrong!

Stayed here for two nights, from the moment we pulled up in the car till the moment we left nothing was to much trouble. Everything about this hotel is quality the location the building the rooms the food the staff etc etc etc not a single complaint, if you are considering a break in Leeds look no further than this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
