“" Romance Heaven"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 February 2012

My husband and i have just returned from an over night stay at Ashmount.Firstly i'd booked this as a suprise for my husband, and what a suprise it was.The photos dont provide any justice to Ashmount. We arrived, and were greeted by a gentleman called Ray,who we found very helpful, polite and attentive. We were served afternoon tea-which was beautiful, service was great, and the food itself was plentiful by anyones standards. We were then shown to our room by Ray,and were blown away!It was beyond any of my expectations.Very roomy, modern, and spotlessly clean.Lots of thought had gone into the decor, which had a lovely romantic feel about it.We had breakfast in our room the next morning which arrived lovely and hot,in a wicker hamper!Bacon sandwiches, warm croissants and jam, fresh orange and coffee.A lovely start to the day,and a lovely way to end our romantic stay.So for anyone who is thinking of planning a romantic getaway(suprise or not) Ashmount would be the top of my list everytime!

“Very relaxing & friendly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 February 2012 via mobile

This was our second time staying at ashmout, this time we stayed in sanctuary spa room. The room was very nice, hot tub fantastic only thing I could say was a downfall is that the bed was very squeaky :) ... We had dinner in the restaurant food was very very very nice but a little pricey but I suppose you pay for the quality. Staff was very friendly ... Thanx for a lovely break & will be back soon :)

“Romantic Retreat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012

Stayed in the Serenity Spa. Very polite and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The food here is excellent and very good value, and although the soup is served in a teacup, do not be put off by this, it as it extremely tasty and filling. Unfortunately. the sauna had broken the day before we arrived, which was a shame as it was one of the reasons we booked the room, however, we were automatically given a discount on the bill on checking out, no quibble. If we weren#t the type of people who keep trying somewhere different, we would befinitely be back.

Room Tip: If the hot tub is all you require, choose one of the other rooms, as these appear to be bigger than...

“Wonderful anniversary break”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012

We found this hotel by trawling the internet and we are so glad we did. We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Lovely house, good food, all the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Champagne breakfast in bed was great. All the rooms are different and you will not be disappointed in whichever one you stay in. We had a look at them all and they are all fantastic. The huge four poster bed we had was so comfortable with fantastic views. We will stay here again and will tell all our friends about it.

Room Tip: All the rooms are fantastic.

“Wonderful weekend break”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend. It could not have been better: Fantastic room (Tranquillity @ No. 21); very friendly welcome & service; close to the heart & heritage of Haworth. We will stay again - as often as real life will allow!

Room Tip: Look at the website or give them a call. Tranquility will be a hard room to beat, but they all look...
