Headline says it all-road noise from the M606 on one side, Cash and Carry plus M&S warehouse on the other (all I could hear at 4am was the down-shifting of HGV gears). Upside is it is cheap (39.99 a night), plenty of car parking, good location, the rooms are a good size, the reception is nice and the staff are friendly. Good bathroom as well. Didn't try breakfast as I left at 5am as I couldn't sleep and couldn't bear it any longer. If they got some decent double glazing/soundproofing, it would be 5 out of 5. If you are a light sleeper, give it a miss, if you dont mind noise, go for it. PS-the A/C stroke heating system has got to be the most complicated I've ever came across-I had to use the hair-dryer to heat up the room!
