“A Warm Welcome Awaits”

My wife & have now visited this excellent venue 5 times

On our first visit Debbie the proprieter discovered my wife was a gluten free person.

The next time we arrive there were Gluten free biscuits in the room 7 gluten free toast for breakfast.

With this care and attention they should be awarded a gold medal a 5 stars+

Nothing is to much trouble & Steve, Debbie's husband cooks a great breakfast.

This will be our Sussex stop for many years

“great B & B near Chichester”

Great bed and breakfast just outside Chichester. Spotlessly clean, very nice breakfast and a pleasant proprieter. Excellent value at only £50 per room incl breakfast when we stayed. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
