Loved this peaceful farm bed & breakfast. Our host, Simon, was friendly, helpful and cooks a great breakfast! What more could you ask??

Whenever we visit this charming area of West Sussex we love staying here at this picturesque farm stay. Well located and within easy reach of so many places we heartily recommend this friendly establishment to any visitor.

We stayed here only for a Saturday night, however dealing with Simon (the proprietor) was a pleasure -.he was very flexible, friendly and full of personality. The room we had in the annex was very spacious and clean, and blissfully quiet (rather important when one lives in Central London). Breakfast was at a long communal table in the main house, and Simon bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied, taking the time to chat after serving our breakfasts, and providing good insights of the local history/cuisine.

We had a great two night stay here in the annex. The room was extremely spacious and the bathroom/shower room was very well done. We had room to spread out and not get in each other's way. Breakfast was yummy with several options available. I'm still in love with the dining table itself. The host was very personable and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer in the area. It is a bit off the beaten path, but not so far off to be a concern - just a few minutes from wherever we needed to go. The setting is rural and beautiful, yet minutes away from Chichester and the wonderful theatre there, close to Goodwood, and the Open Air Museum. Would definitely try to stay here again if we return to the area.
