We knew immediately we met Judith at Anna's B & B that our stay would be a very pleasant one.

The B & B is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and we were made very comfortable and welcome.

We chose to have a cold breakfast rather than the 'full English'. There was an abundance of cereals, delicious fresh fruit salad and yogurt and as much toast and preserves as you could eat. The tea and coffee kept on flowing.

The flowers and chocolates in the bedroom was a lovely touch, as well as the tea/coffee making facilities.

There are plenty of walks nearby, with a 10 - 15 minute stroll into Chichester.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Anna's.

The rooms are spotless and the wlecome form the hosts warm. Breakasts were very good. The addition of fresh fruit salad was lovely. The house is quite small but the rooms are well appointed. Overall I would recommend this for a reasonably priced B&B. It has parking at the rear.

We stayed at Annas for 2 nights at the end of June. We were going to the Chichester Theatre - Annas is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. The beds were really comfortable and our room, at the back of the house, was very quiet. The room, though on the small side, was very well appointed and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast is included in the price and was an absolute delight - the cold porridge in yoghurt sounds awful but was delicious especially wheh served with fresh fruit. The cooked breakfast was cooked to order. An absolute gem and we'll be back again !

My wife and myself stayed at anna's b&b on the eve of the chichester 10k road race and we couldn't have wished for more pleasant hospitality. Upon ariival after parking at the rear of the property (off road) we greeted by Judith who was very friendly and welcoming, we were shown to our room and given lots of useful advice / information about the local area. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean as was the rest of the establishment, all facilities including shower, tv, bedding were spot on. Breakfast was of the highest order, from the fresh fruit salad to the cooked (piping hot) english breakfast, you'd be hard pushed to find a better breakfast anywhere.
All in all probably the best accommodation we've stayed in in a long long time and we stay in quite a few, it 's obvious Judith puts 100% into what she does and it shows, this is how B&B should be done and long may it continue 10/10
