Thinking of a break in Chichester?- look no further than the Orchard guest house. It is very clean, super breakfasts and a lovely friendly owner for whom nothing is too much trouble.

Very well designed, comfortable and stylish b&b, moreover location within Chichester is perfect for both access to city centre and leaving it to go further afield. Rooms are excellent, breakfast is great with the breakfast room and communial area being very nice.

All in all highly recommended if staying in the area.

We stayed in this lovely little guest house for two nights with other members of our family, as we were attending a family wedding in Chichester. There are three rooms, all prettily decorated, clean and very comfortable with a dining/lounge area downstairs that we made full use of.

Linda and her family made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We had the use of the kitchen to prepare a meal one night and Linda made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely - yummy fresh fruit salad was very welcome and the cooked food went down a treat.

The guest house is very convenient for the town and was easy to find. We had a lovely time there - one of the nicest places we have stayed in for a while. Thanks to Linda for a special time.

Fantastic B&B for visiting Chichester and/or countryside around. Easy to find a, short walk into town, very quiet side street. Bedrooms weren't huge but comfy with ensuite which had a great power shower, altho was quite a small cubicle. Breakfast was great, fresh fruit/cereals plus traditional English Breakfast options. Like the little extras such as bottles of water & herbal teas in the rooms.
Very friendly lady running the B&B and very helpful with suggestions.
