We have stayed here for many years, in fact since the owners started doing the B&B, and we have never been disappointed with either the service the food or the accommodation.
The Proprietors have always made us very welcome and have always tried extremely hard to ensure that our stay is both a comfortable and pleasurable one.
We found that nothing was ever too much trouble and we would not hesitate to recommend the B&B to anyone of our friends and family.
If you are ever going to be in the area, I would recommend that you give it a try, as we have tried other Hotels and B&B in the region and we feel that they do not measure up to April Cottage for quality and value.

April Cottage is a great place to stay near Arundel. The rooms are clean, well appointed, and spacious, the plumbing modern, the shower fantastic, and the service very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious as well. I would recommend the B&B to anyone traveling by car. The walk from the rail station and/or town center is about 20 minutes, along a busy motorway (though still very possible to those who enjoy walking), but the drive would be very short, and parking is available.

We stayed here for three nights and could not fault anything. Accommodation very comfortable and spotlessly clean, breakfasts were wonderful. Host was very friendly and welcoming. A very "home from home" feeling. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.

We stayed for a week with Tanya & Richard in their lovely house. Richards breakfast was fantastic, the bedroom had a lovely view over the field & the beds were so comfy. Nothing was too much trouble & the patio area for guests was very relaxing,especially with a glass of wine. We were very lucky to see the new born donkey too. You really need a car although you can walk to Arundel which is well worth a visit especially the castle.It is a very busy main road at the end of the Lane & it is uphill on the way back. It's an excellent base as there are so many interesting places to visit. A very friendly B & B hopefully to visit again.
