Stayed for 2 nights and we were very pleased with the standard of the room and the thoughtful touches (fresh milk , complimentary bottled water, toiletries). The bed was large and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious with a choice that was ordered the night before so it was all ready for the chosen time. Would definitely return and recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the Arundel area. It is within walking distance of the Crossbush Beefeater Inn where we had a good meal one night, but would reccommend taking a torch for the first part of the walk in winter. A lovely quiet spot but with easy access to Arundel and the surrounding area.

We have stayed here for many years, in fact since the owners started doing the B&B, and we have never been disappointed with either the service the food or the accommodation.
The Proprietors have always made us very welcome and have always tried extremely hard to ensure that our stay is both a comfortable and pleasurable one.
We found that nothing was ever too much trouble and we would not hesitate to recommend the B&B to anyone of our friends and family.
If you are ever going to be in the area, I would recommend that you give it a try, as we have tried other Hotels and B&B in the region and we feel that they do not measure up to April Cottage for quality and value.

April Cottage is a great place to stay near Arundel. The rooms are clean, well appointed, and spacious, the plumbing modern, the shower fantastic, and the service very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious as well. I would recommend the B&B to anyone traveling by car. The walk from the rail station and/or town center is about 20 minutes, along a busy motorway (though still very possible to those who enjoy walking), but the drive would be very short, and parking is available.

We stayed here for three nights and could not fault anything. Accommodation very comfortable and spotlessly clean, breakfasts were wonderful. Host was very friendly and welcoming. A very "home from home" feeling. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.
