We had the pleasure of stumbling across Arundel park hotel during our visit to Arundel. This quiet property offers the best value for money coupled with fantastic service and excellent rooms.

Staff were very friendly and eager to cater to all of our request. The manager took time to help plan local activities and was very knowledgeable.

Rooms were well maintained with well stacked bar. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

We sincerely thank the staff for making our stay warm and enjoyable.

This hotel has seen better days, but our room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the traffic noise was quite disturbing. Breakfast was good and included in the rate. We walked to Arundel Castle and the town within minutes.

On arrival, not welcomed by manager, hardly spoke to us, which is very rude, felt like we were in the way,rooms dated, breakfast ok, but, not great, and to top it all, manager cutting his nails behind the bar.
Needless, to say we wont be staying there again.

We arrived to find there was no restaurant and to date their website STILL has 'Restaurant' listed April 2010 under 'The accommodation comprises of::: quote "The restaurant is open to non-residents and offers an excellent menu for lunch and evening meals". Also clearly states in their "Brochure" "Residents are welcome to dine in our restaurant and sample a selection of excellent meals from the a la carte menu......." and has "Restaurant" listed under the colour picture at top of page..... THERE IS NO RESTAURANT and we had to up root and take our cars which were full of valuable stock for a conference to another venue for an evening meal, The last thing we needed after a journey and stocked up cars. Rooms very very basic, but clean. Shower very basic attached to taps and cannot control. Portable old TV with only 4 channels and dated decor, key and lock on two of the rooms hard to open. Breakfast clean, fresh and tasty but tinned tomatoes unheated and cold. Disappointed customers.
