Booked a night away for my fiancees birthday and couldn't have been happier with the hotel. Spotless room, lovely deep bath, fantastic beds (slept better than I ever have). Great location for the city center, although on a main road I heard no outside noise at all. Staff are really friendly, just a great all round experience.

Not enough towels in room, ripped bedsheets and parking at an additional cost which was quite expensive even with discounted price. Rooms not as high a standard as other premier inns that I have stayed in. Postcode took us around coventry which recption staff seemed very disinterested by. Restaurant very small and menu quite disappointing though the restaurant were very helpful.

Wasn't expecting much, but booked based on tripadvisor reviews. The hotel is centrally located - walking distance of shops, theatre, cathedral & art gallery. Room was clean & comfortable, staff friendly & helpful, breakfast good. There is no car park, but the Belgrade Plaza public car park is pretty much next door (£7.50/day). Very close to Pizza Express, Cafe Rouge & Bella Italia.

Its best stay for business visit in Coventry.
Rooms are comfy, clean.
Near city centre so roam around and feed your taste buds; after busy day.
Different restaurants are available in vicinity.
For entertainment you have belgrade theatre near plaza.

Restaurant need to alter menu to serve global cuisine.
Internet is half an hr free for a day. (if you need extra you need to purchase.)
Overall good eperience

Hotel near city centre, with car parking just a short walk away and if you give your ticket in at reception you get a discount. Staff polite and friendly as I have come to expect when staying at a Premier Inn. Restaurant to the right of reception, compact but staff friendly and nothing seems to be any trouble, we had breakfast here and food good with a decent coffee machine.
My room 402 was on the 4th floor and had all you could expect, noisy if you sleep with window open from outside, but quite within the hotel. Plenty of tea/coffee.
I had a couple of issues which the staff sorted out without any problems (1st Class) that's why Premier Inn is always my first choice.

Room tip: half hour free wifi.
