I stayed hear with my boyfriend for our anniversary, to be honest the location was quite nice and the apartments are quite nice HOWEVER the apartment we stayed in smelt of ciggarettes even though it was a non-smoking apartment so much so the staff had to bring up air freshner also one of the radiators in our apartment did not work once agen the staff had to bring up a portable raidiator. Also it can be quite noisy as you are able to hear people above you and doors shutting. I must say the staff were very friendly and did try to help solve these problems but i would of rathered these problems did not exist as i feel otherwise it would have been a more enjoyable stay. overall i give these apartments a 7/10, i would recommed becasue of the price and it is located in a nice place also there is a tesco 2 mins away for anything you have forgotten however if you are looking for 5* luxury this is not the place.

We stayed at the apartments as there was a group of us and wanted to be close to the NIA/NEC for a concert. The apartments were first of all hard to find as they didn't have a sign outside but just a piece of paper in the windows with their logo on. However, upon finding the reception the staff were helpful and gave us directions to our apartment. It was fully equipped in a modern decor and was just what we needed to be able to stay close to the city but also cook for ourselves to keep the stay cost effective. The only criticism I would have is that the bath was a bit slippery and it didn't have a bath mat and the kitchen didn't have an oven glove and just a thin towel and hence we burnt our hands getting things out of the oven - but just a minor grumble. Otherwise the stay was great and it is just a short walk to Broad Street where there are bars, restaurants and a Sainsburys which was great!

Just wanted to say how impressed and thrilled we all were with the apartment at Townsend Way on Saturday 8th Dec 2007. It was such an experience! Certainly a welcome change from staying in separate rooms in a hotel. The layout was excellent, the rooms were incredible and the facilities that were included made it a real home from home.

It also gave us the added bonus of not having to wait in the cold trying to get various taxi's home from Broad Street - and with us being all together, it was a lot safer too.

What a fantastic idea, everyone who I have told about has asked for your details so I have gladly passed them on. I wish you every success in the future and will certainly be calling you again.

We Stayed in October with my family and found the experience excellent. There was loads of room, very clean and decor stylish and modern. They had internet access and also ipod docking stations, Big TV and dvd player. Beds were very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful Cant fault really.
