The staff here played an important role in making us feel instantly welcome. The rooms were very clean and well equiped. The location is perfect for central Birmingham. We will definitely use these apartments again.

My wife and I stayed here for a month over December-January 2011-2012 and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The location is superb (across the street from Birmingham Markets and the Bulllring and with easy access to restaurants, buses and train stations), the accommodation was compact and comfortable and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Double glazing keeps noise levels from outside at acceptable levels and the only internal noises resulted from other residents coming back from a night out mainly on weekends, but this was minimal. Having a Spar supermarket and restaurant at street level in the same building was a bonus too. Our expectations were more than adequately met and we would definitely recommend Premier Apartments to others visiting Birmingham.

Let me start off by saying that when i saw the reviews on this site i thought these apartments were going to be great but it was anything but. When we checked in on the 18th Dec the receptionist was on the phone chatting away to one of her friends. It was such a turn off. When we got to the apartment at first thought I felt it was spacious and redeeming from the horrible receptionist at the front...then hell began.

The TV (Old CRT) didn't work we had to call maintenance to get it fixed. The remote didn't work. The couches smelled. The internet was a nightmare. It's worse than dial up, so slow and i'm not even exaggerating for 25 quid a week, it's ludicrous. What made matters worse was the fact that the internet cut off for 15hours ON CHRISTMAS DAY. So we had to wait till boxing day to get it fixed by the tech team. The beds are so uncomfortable. The springs just stick you everywhere. This place doesn't give you a good night sleep AT ALL. I would really recommend spending a few extra quid and booking Stay Arc apartments. The Premier apartments is in desperate need of a refurbishment and management needs changing.
