We usually stay at more expensive four star hotels and I have to say this is the second premier inn I have stayed in recently for a good reason, they are clean!! The bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfy and if you don't like it you can have the little amount you have paid back! Would recommend to anyone. Staff friendly too.

Clean, friendly, good service, good value. Far exceeding the standards in another 4star hotel I usually stay in in Birmingham

This hotel is very hit and miss when it comes to customer service. Depending on who you get you may get a warm welcome or you may get someone who says that they never received you booking. They also refuse to go and check their fax machine to see if a copy of the booking had been faxed through (which it had). The restaurant is not much better. The rooms are as you would expect, but if you want good service try the Holiday Inn,

From the moment my partner and I arrived to the time we left we were really made to feel at home in this Premier Inn.
The staff were very warm and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The room and bathroom were a good size and everything was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable too and made for a good night's sleep.
I would definitely reccomend this hotel if you are looking to stay in the area.
