For £70 we had a room for the night before flying and seven day's car parking.

Everything as usual with Premier Inn: easy booking and check in, clean, spacious room, an early taxi ordered without fuss and arrived ahead of time. All this topped off of course with exemplary attitude from all the staff. From the price list you might fear budget airline levels of attention (you know who I mean!) but every time we stay at a Premier Inn the staff are all fantastic.

This is a relatively new PI and the room was what I think is now becoming their standard ie. family size and hence very comfortable for 2. Obviously some of the older properties won't be able to do this.

As usual the above Premier Hotel delivered first class service. This hotel is in perfect position to stay if you are flying to or from Birmingham Airport. Excellent price for stay and park only £92 for the week including one night stay and 8 days parking in a secure car park in the grounds of the Hotel, but a word of warning when you get a taxi to the Airport, The hotel called me a private hire Taxi which cost me £7 to the Airport but on my return it cost me £11 for a metered Taxi which to me was a rip off, so book private taxi both ways its a lot cheaper

This hotel superbly located at the NEC, but you do have to walk a good 15 minutes to the NEC.
The staff where ok, the atmospere was great the room was just what I would expect.
Although my girlfriend booked this hotel for my birthday visit on the 28th Jan, the only let down on the whole was the silly taxi driver who did not have a clue where he was going apart from that the hotel was good....

Stayed here on many occasions dose what it says on the tin
Rooms as with all Premier inns the same standard as you would expect all over
The last twice room only made up for one had to go down to reception for towels etc
The breakfast was a joke had to queue for an hour on the 17/12/2011 before we could eat
Table had also been cleared by the time we got back to it so yet again had to fight my way back for juice and toast
But all in all an ok hotel
