To be fair to the staff, they were friendly and professional both when we booked and checked in. However, the hotel was one of the worst that I have stayed in. It was very cheap admittedly, but the lights in the corridor didn't work, the room felt very dirty although the sheets were clean enough, there were stains on the walls and ceiling, the curtains were falling off the rail and the windows didn't seem to want to shut, and someone had wrapped the smoke detector with a carrier bag. I wouldn't have felt comfortable having a shower. The lift only goes up and not down.
I definitely wouldn't return and wish that we'd spent a little more on somewhere better.
