I stayed for one night a couple of weekends ago and I really enjoyed it. It was spotless and modern. The bed was comfortable and the flat screen tv had full freeview available, unlike some hotels I have stayed at recently. I was disappointed that I had not taken my swimming gear as the leisure club looked great and next time I'm going to book in at the health spa too. The food was presented well and tasted great. The staff were very friendly especially the receptionist who checked us in and out. The location is great if needing to stop just off the motorway for a night, and when I make this trip again, I will choose this hotel. Easy to find and has everything I needed.

Overall this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in... I travel a lot due to my job so stay in a lot of holiday inn. On arrival the reception staff were very helpful however I then met the operations manager daniel who was the rudest and most self centred man I'd met! Usually managers are very welcoming and happy to meet you, he wasn't in the slightest. After the not to pleasant greeting I stayed the night and woke for breakfast the next morning. All staff were foreign and couldn't understand a word of English, after waiting 40 minutes I received a drink. Rooms were clean as you'd expect but nothing fantasic! I then overheard a member of staff shouting and screaming at a collegue which I found very embarrassing. I would recommend another hotel as this brought shame to the business, I will not be staying there again. I hope you gain something from my review hopefully noone will have to experience the service I received again.

Very mediocre.
So-called executive rooms are a bit dated.
The crowning disappointment was the restaurant. Of the three people near me one sent his starter back as it was in edible, one complained as a side dish he ordered hadn't arrived by the time he finished and I had the same issue! Very poor.
I suppose the hotel is close to the M6 if that's what you want.

Visiting family i chose to stay at this hotel, i had read a few reviews and wasnt expecting anything more than an ok stay. However the welcome we got on arrival was lovely. A bit of a long walk to the room and the corridors are a bit bland but the room was very nice. Breakfast was busy and some items were not available but it was good value for money.
After staying myself i would certainly recomend to my friends as my stay turned out to be more than ok
