After needing a last minute room, we were told there was nothing available at ibis and offered a room at neighbouring Formule 1 hotel.
After our window was smashed in by an intruder who attempted to attack/rob us, staff were absolutely not interested in helping us, or contacting the police for us.
We were eventually offered a room in the Ibis after all - obviously there was one available, but we decided we would leave and after an hour of debating with the duty manager he eventually contacted the police for us to report the attack and gave us a refund of our room rate - after much hassle.
We have used this hotel and other ibis hotels before with no problem, but based on this terrible experience , and lack of interest in guest safety and welfare I would strongly encourage you to find somewhere else.
