Stopped here while on a work trip, i searched the internet for a hotel in the city centre and found this one. Its bang in the middle of China town that is on the outer ring of the city centre. it is fantastically located for eating out as there are 20-30 restaurants all within 0-5 minutes walk. checking was quick and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. parking is good and under the hotel. you drive into the small loading bay about 15 mts before the main entrance, in the bottom right corner are 2 large red doors, press the buzzer, and they open revealing the car park. the budget rooms are small, the walls are paper thin, bathroom is tiny and everything else is budget (towels are small, 2teabags, plastic spoon breaks, beds really small and light) but all in all you can get buy and have a decent nights sleep providing there are no loud guests nearby. the thing that ruined it for me was the hot water, in the sink it was barely a trickle but was hot (just), the shower was weak and the water was cold, i can't think of anything worse than waking up to a cold shower, i.didn't have time in the morning for it to be fixed or move rooms so just had to live with it.
Breakfast was good, plates are tiny, and hotel reception is a nice place to be, overall the staff in the hotel are great but i would expect a budget room to be a little more functional.
