Me and my friend stayed in one of these apartments due to a concert at the NIA. We booked a 2 bedroom flat for the night and paid £250 deposit for the flat. The flat was actually quite nice.

We came back late around 11pm due to the concert finishing late. Walked quietly back into the room and fell asleep immediately.

Imagine the horror when they refused to give back £250 deposit because of "noise complaints"

Tried arguing and writing to them, and all I got was a rude manager, claiming we had broken terms of the contract.

I seriously warn all customers from staying with these cowboys that are City Nites. They are
rip off merchants.

Loved these apartments, we had a 2 bedroomed apartment, and everything that we required for a comfortable stay was provided. There was one big bathroom, and an ensuite with the master bedroom. Reception were very helpful and friendly. This apartment is only a short 10 minute work from Victoria square, great location and very close to all shopping facilities. My only complaint would be that you need to supply a 250 pound deposit when booking, this is refunded when you are leaving as long as no damage is completed to the apartment. This sounds fine however if you are like me and booked with an outsource website, this information is not provided, so please be aware of this! We had our 6 year old daughter with us so this apartment was suitable for us as a family. However if you have younger kids I would be abit concerned as there was a glass coffee table and glass dinner table and these could be easily damaged by kids or kids could run into them.

I have now used City Nites on three occasions a it offers a welcome alternative to busy city hotels both in terms of value and security for the single traveller.

Its location is perfect if you want to be close to the NIA and Brindley Place, with easy access to Symphony Hall and Centenary Square along the canal path, providing a pedestrian route into the centre of Birmingham. Also walking distance from the Jewellry Quarter and the bars and restaurants of St Pauls Square.

It clean, well maintained and secure, the staff are friendly and helpful. City Nites also provides secure off street parking.

We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night as we were going to a concert at the o2.we arrived 3 hours b4 the check in time of 4pm,but were allowed to park and have the apartment early which was helpful.the citynite apartments are literally opposite the arena and 5mins walk from brindley place where there are many bars and restaurants looking over the canal. Inside the apartment was a very nice kitchen with washing machine,dishwasher,microwave,fridgefreezer and everything else you would need.the bathroom was very large and modern,the lounge diner was spacious and nicely furnished.both of the bedrooms were doubles,although one much smaller than the other. In summary,i would recommend this to anyone wanting somewhere to stay near the nia,but also near to the city for some shopping too.very well priced especially when splitting the cost between 2 couples!
