This has got to be one of the best Premier inn we have stayed in, Having just travelled for 4.5 hours in the snow on our arrival we were welcomed by a lovely receptionist called Leanne who made checking in very easy. We had booked a family room which was spacious ,very clean and comfortable.
Because of the snow we had to cancel our plans for the evening so we decided to try the Harvester on site which again was excellent, good value for money!!!
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of it, the staff were very helpful. If like us you are visiting the N.E.C it only took us 15 minutes from the hotel.
I would highly recommend staying at this Premier inn.
This has to be the best premier inn in the country - the staff could not do enough to ensure you have a perfect stay. Thanks to Lisa and the team - we will be back
Stayed here last Thursday night, visiting friends. We arrived after 6pm, room was good, clean and comfortable. In the morning we had breakfast, great value and a good quality offerring. No hesitation in recommending the hotel.
Stayed here for two nights in Jan 2012 based reviews on TA and I must say they were spot on! The service was 1st class (Josh in reception was very helpful) breakfast was excellent (kitchen staff also very friendly & professional) & beds were really comfortable/supportive - even the children's bed was very good. We stayed in Rooms 210 & 212 (joining) and they were both very clean incl. toilet, shower and walls (no mould). However I must say the family room was slightly cramped for 3 if you have loads of luggage but everything else made up for it. Will definitely stay here again. I am sooooo glad I didn't pay ridiculous money to stay at the more expensive hotels in the city centre where we would also have to pay for parking. I cannot fault this experience and I am be very meticulous but I must give credit where due - the best premier inn we have stayed at so far. Keep up the good work!!!
