The location is fantastic, literally 2 mins slow amble to the Bullring. We were going to the HMV Institute and this was 5 mins away. Yes, there's a load of bars/restaurants under the place - but it was just city background noise - and we came in late anyway so didn't really care.
The apartments are well furnished, clean and have everything you need.
Compared to other hotels, this is real value as you have a kitchen/diner/lounge with a separate bedroom. Free wi-fi and parking on site.
We will definitely be back.

“You get what you pay for”
Good location, central to Bull Ring.
Parking etc.
£200 - deposit taken (held on credit card), need photo ID when checking in.
Electric shower - rubbish!
Need to remove all rubbish and wash-up all crockery/glasswear - otherwise £25 charge.
We lost a room key - charged £5.
Ok for a night out - you get what you pay for.
Room Tip: Choose one away not facing Arcadian Apartments - to avoid noise from bars/clubs.

“great place to stay when visiting birmingham”
loved this place, stayed here in december with my daughter when in birmingham for the clothes show.
really easy to access birmingham by foot, lots of good eating places near by, perfect location. possibly a little hard to find but thats not the hotels fault.
cannot fault it, we had an executive apartment, a bit minimilistic but clean, comfortable and met our needs to a t.
the staff were really nice and helpful
no problems at all and will be back for the clothes show 2012, and would deffinately recommend it to anyone going to birmingham for a short stay.

Arc one bedroom apartment - clean but very basic, no TV in bedroom, bed large but mattress of low quality, large balcony but not a nice view - convenient for shopping in Birmingham
Room Tip: our room was at the rear, better than the front facing rooms because of noise from the Arcadian Cent...

Thank you for taking the time to write your review and the constructive feedback regarding your recent stay with us. Unfortunately, as we are located in the City Centre we are unable to offer an apartment with a scenic view, so apologies for this. I am surprised by comment that our apartments are basic, as you can see from the many photo's on our website this is not the case, and again I am sorry that the brand new 32" LCD TV in the living room was not adequate for you. Regarding the beds we are currently replacing all beds and mattresses as part of our continuous improvement and investment, in addition to new sofa bed's and the new TV's.

“Excellent stay.”
First of all.. do not stay at these apartments if you want peace and quiet.
They and BANG in a nightclub complex in the centre of Birmingham.
If you can deal with the noise then treat yourself to these excellent apartments! Spacious and modern with all the homely comforts.
Yes you will be asked to pay a £200 deposit on arrival but it's nothing to moan at unless you plan on ruining the apartment!
Only problem was.. no shower, only a bath shower which i can't stand but hey ho. Had a brilliant stay here, and tres cheap!
