Just by chance, we found this B&B. And we were so delighted that we did!
Marisa and Mike are such lovely, helpful hosts, warm and caring for every guest to feel comfortable. We decided to stay for another night and they made it possible, changing rooms. So we got to know the room under the roof for 4 persons as well as 2 different double rooms - one of them the most lovely one with a four-poster-bed. Every room was perfectly clean and well-furnished, with very comfortable beds, complimentary coffee/tea, cookies and so on.
Like everything else, breakfast was much better than usual - the self-made bread still warm from the oven, fresh fruitsalad and so on.
Free parking in front of the house, a wonderfully kept garden with a pond, the location just a few minute's walk from the castle and the town center add to the outstanding performance of this place. Thanks a lot, Marisa and Mike, and we will come again when we will visit the lovely Shakespeare country once more.

Our family stayed for only one night, but it was most pleasant. The proprietors were very welcoming and provided ideas for outings and dinner. We had a craving for Thai, and they made a call for our reservations for the meal at a wonderful place about a 10 minute walk away. The room held all 4 of us, en-suite bath. A bit tight for us and luggage, but that was expected. Very nicely decorated and furnished.
A bit of warning - the stairs are narrow, and the family room was at the top. A bit of haul to get the luggage up.
Very good.

I have been to numerous B&B's in my time but I can honestly say I am extremely impressed by Agincourt Lodge. Mike and Marisa go above and beyond the call of duty to welcome everyone and are extremely friendly and helpful. The house itself is a beautiful, early Victorian house and our room had an imposing four poster bed, which is probably quite rare for a B&B, and there were lovely views over their garden, which is pretty and extremely well maintained. However, for me it's the little, extra touches that make Agincourt Lodge a real pleasure to visit, such as the fresh red rose in our room, the home baked bread and fresh fruit salad offered in addition to what one would normally find on a breakfast menu. I would highly recommend a visit to Mike and Marisa's and will definitely visit again next time we come to the Warwick area - Jane Stevens and James Bellicoso.

This was our first trip to the UK, and to say we were a bit overwhelmed would be putting it mildly! Marisa and Mike helped us feel right at home and went out of their was to accommodate our needs. The rooms were clean and bright and the food delicious. I would highly recommend Agincourt Lodge and look forward to visiting there again.

The Warwicks had generously donated a night's stay at Agincourt Lodge to an auction of promises at my place of work, of which I was the highest bidder.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Room 1, which was beautiful. Everything from the rooms, service, surroundings, full cooked breakfast and lovely cups of tea in proper china teacups was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The Warwicks were very friendly, and make some great suggestions for local restaurants and walks in the nearby park.

With all this, and being in such a lovely location and near the castle, what more could you ask for?

We will definitely be returning there on our next trip to Warwick. :-)
