We have just come back from staying at the Park House for three nights,we were welcomed at the door by Ata whom is so very friendly and informative about Warwick,also always has a hello for you at breakfast with a smile,breakfast A+++++. We will stop again

We have just come back from the Park House GH and we have had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and tidy. The owner, Ata, couldn't have been nicer nor more attentive with us. He made us feel very welcome and was very helpful telling us about places to see. The breakfast, this, was very good. We certainly enjoyed our stay wand wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Park House.

I stayed in a double room with an en-suite, the room was fine for my needs and ok for the price of £35 per night. In all honesty, the decor in the room that i stayed in could have done with a little updating, but this didn't bother me too much.

On the other hand, 'Ata', who runs the place is a fantastic host and really makes the effort to make you feel at home, i have stayed in a number of B&Bs in Warwick over the past few weeks, but felt most welcome here. He was happy to serve breakfast at an earlier time than usual as i had to leave early in the morning which i also really did appreciate.

I spent a week in Park House as I was on a business trip in the area. Clean and comfortable room, customer friendly booking policy, perfect breakast and very good location. Friendly owner Mark
