My Boyfriend & I stayed here for 2 nights in the Frances Room; this is a large room with big windows opening onto a small garden it also had a great power shower. It was my boyfriend’s birthday while we were here and Janet & Stuart went out of their way to make it special. The house is beautiful and just a short walk into town with Bars and restaurant’s etc., I would recommend it to anyone. We will be back!

Very warm welcome from Janet and Stewart, lovely room, nice touches such as chocolates on the pillow, chocolate cake and plates of strawberries! Will go here again definitely - recommended to all!

we stayed here for 2 nights and it was very good. Its right next to the castle and the owers are very helpful in recommending where is good to eat and drink. The breakfast will set you up for a days exploring lovely warwick. They also keep a load of local menus so you can look before you pick. The teddys add a unique touch unlike many chain hotels etc.

This was one of the best B&B I have ever been to and would highly recommend it. I booked Park Cottage after reviewing on trip advisor for my 3 day business trip travelling over from Canada and although I arrived early Sunday Morning Janet made me very welcome and provided a lovely breakfast and ensured that I had access to the room quickly.
I will be returning sometime and suggest to anyone reading this that they should pay a visit. I also stayed in the Frances Room which was great, clean and little touches such as candy left on the pillows etc made it very enjoyable
