Sheila makes you feel so welcome, and the breakfasts are to die for! A perfect start to the day. The rooms are full of character and you really feel like you are staying in a part of history.

It really did make a very special weekend away.

Kingmaker room was huge, warm and very comfortable. 100% reliable wifi, plasma tv and hearty breakfast. Tea, coffee, biscuits in room. Ms Sheila was a gracious host. Wonderful 2 day midweek stay for bookshops and antiques in Warwick.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Charter House for 1 night in October 2011 as a birthday treat. We usually stay in budget accommodation but decided to pay a little extra in order to stay at the Charter House and we were more than glad that we did!
We stayed in the charter room which was very tastefully decorated, extremely spacious, comfortable and very clean. Certainly way grander than anything we are used to!
Sheila was the perfect host and was all too happy to cater for our every need. She provided us with a parking permit to allow us to park outside the b&b for free whilst we went to visit the castle and also recommended a restaurant for us to have dinner in that evening which was very good.
Breakfast the next morning was as delicious as everyone else has said.
We cannot recommend this place enough and we are very glad we paid the extra few pounds than we would've paid at a budget hotel chain.

Charter House offers everything visiting tourist would expect within the pretty Tudor Town of Warwick. The proprietor Sheila was the perfect host and runs a tip top B&B. Lovely comfortable bedrooms, real cosy feel about her home plus an excellent breakfast to get your day going. The best smoked salmon & eggs benedict ever!!
All this and more, being situated within easy access of Warwick. Enjoy.
